Short stay

Good location for visiting Monticello and downtown Charlottesville. Didn't have wash clothes or ice cube trays. The toilet is not anchored to the floor and the seat is not anchored also and slides. We told the owner and were advised he would fix it after we leave. If you have mobility issues be careful as the fence and partial railing is not anchored well.

It worked.

Location was great. Place was clean, it smelled like someone had cooked shrimp and noodles all the time. There were house rules that did not match the online description, and there was only a kettle for tea, no way to make coffee. A link for check in was sent via Vrbo chat that was not accessible. Host was notified but responded with the same message.
