“Clean room, staff and free room upgrade. ”

“The place was clean but a bit outdated ”

“Disappointing stay. The room was extremely cramped with barely any space to move around or set luggage down. Parking was a headache—very limited and inconvenient. On top of that, the room wasn’t clean, which is pretty unacceptable for any motel. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Okay accommodation but the matress was hard, and i feel their housekeeping staff need to make sure all dispensers are filled and not left empty..Staff though were really great.”

“Filtered for hotels with pool and breakfast. Arrived and pool empty? Asked and guy said shouldn’t show on Expedia that has pool, so went back on Expedia app, filtered for pool only and hotel still showing???? Also other guests were less than ‘wonderful’. Didn’t even bother with breakfast to be honest. Just had family move to Bathurst and will go there regularly, but never to this hotel again.”

“Whilst the accommodation was well priced, the room was filthy. Thick dust on all room surfaces and the shower was full of mould along with the shower curtain. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable.”

“Easy to park, efficient and friendly check-in, good sized room, clean, comfortable bed, linens and towels, good shower, plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance.”

“The room was great except an overhead light not working plus side table lamp also not working. Furthermore the bathroom exhaust extraction fan not working. However, apart from those minor inconveniences I found the room comfortable as was the bed. I also recommend the courtesy shown by the Manager, Max who was very friendly and professional in every way. I sincerely recommend the motel for any travelor wanting a good night’s sleepover. Barry.”

“Overpriced, Rooms are dated and beds are really hard. some investment in the hotel would be smart but it appears that the owner wants to bank it all and no invest in the future. Also on the busy highway so gets noisy at night with the trucks coming through town ”

“Not clean, one bed looked unwashed sheets, smelly bathroom, improved after fan filter cleaned by us. Obviously not ever cleaned. Looked black. Also not enough utensils plates etc for 4 people as per booking. ”
