“I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking....

“飯店本身很有特色，上去阿里山森林博物館觀看介紹阿里山影片時候，還會看到奮起湖大飯店創始人及晚上螢火蟲導覽員（應該是飯店創始人的女兒）接受訪問，很有歷史的一個地方。員工有一個年輕櫃檯男生，英文很流利及禮貌向外國客人介紹，感覺素質很高。不過奮起湖附近停車，及交通比較不清楚，希望可以做清楚標示。”

“This is a new and modern inn with tasteful decor, offering spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean rooms. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. The husband provided us with detailed information about Alishan National Park, while his wife gave great recommendations for local dining, which saved us a lot of time. When we missed our bus, he kindly drove us to the nearest stop, and later even picked us up from a nearby town after dark, knowing that taxis and Uber aren't available in...
