“Un grande albero vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Raleigh. Comodo da raggiungere, proprio davanti ad una stazione di servizio per fare benzina quando si deve riportare l'auto noleggiata. Camera spaziosa nello standard USA. ”

“The staff was so very kind and helpful. The young lady who checked me in was very efficient and friendly. She made me feel at home. The room was clean, the shower was excellent and the bed comfortable.”

“The staff was not helpful at all. When I called to ask about a charge I was rudely cut off before I could even ask my question. I asked for the manager and the lady replied she was the night manager. Then continued to cut me off. I would hope being in the customer service industry Holiday Inn would respond with better service. Not impressed and ended up being hung up on.”

“Property had lot of features but was not maintained at all. Breakfast had stale bread, milk container was dirty like a hell. Toaster not working. Rooms was spacious but was smelly. Reception had nice people but that’s the only grace. One of the cleaning lady was smoking something and it had a weird smell.”

“Dated property, exterior needs maintenance, poor landscaping, pool and hot tub unavailable for use due to maintenance, torn drapes in hallways, torn dated furniture in room, walls have holes in room bathroom, pillows and pillow cases are very old, mattress very uncomfortable, appalling breakfast. This is more a Motel 6 than a Cambria Hotel. I will never stay there again.”

“Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels...
