About our space
Pack your bags and leave the extra's behind... This home is well appointed with bed linens, blankets, quilts, pillows and towels all provided with beds made upon arrival. The home is equipped with central air, wifi & ethernet, Smart TV , SONOS bluetooth speaker, a washer/dryer set, lawn games, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler.
The home has an open and airy living room with comfortable seating. The dining room has direct access to a fenced in private backyard with a patio table and chairs including extra large umbrella and dining table, gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs, Weber gas grill and an outdoor shower. Additionally, the house has a spacious, well-manicured, side yard great for outdoor activities, including Kan Jam, Corn Hole, Bocce, Croquet. Located in a quiet area near Shore Rd, this home is close to all the destinations that make Chatham so amazing; Jump on the many Bike trails, Watch the Chatham A's, Stroll downtown Main Street, visit Lighthouse beach, Oyster pond & Schoolhouse Pond, are all close by. Once inside, you’ll discover coastal classic interior with all of the modern amenities to make your vacation that much more enjoyable this is a perfect place to call home while you’re here on Cape Cod!

We took a family vacation to Cape Cod and stayed at the Little Caper. The house is absolutely perfect! Clean updated kitchen and bathrooms. Chatham Beauty

This is a gorgeous, well-appointed home on a quiets cul-de-sac, but close to everything Chatham has to offer. We especially enjoyed being close enough to walk to the Chatham Pier. The home is beautiful and comfortable, and the outside area and fire pit are private and great for evening conversations. Highly recommended!

Great Week!

Most important to us is the quality and cleanliness of the property and this was one of the best we have ever rented in that regard. The property and furnishings were very clean and well appointed. A great deal of care was given to providing a great experience for the renter from the instructions and guest materials to the welcome treats and bottle of wine ... a nice touch. Owners were very responsive to messages in advance of arrival. We had a great time!

This house was excellent and exceeded our expectations! It is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to town and parks, and a short drive to the beach. Everything was extremely clean and the house was very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

The Little Caper … delightful stay

Hosts are lovely, great communicators & have beautifully appointed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We all arrived exhausted and came home refreshed … after visits to the beach, a week of family reunion, and lazy afternoons reading/relaxing. Very much appreciated being a couple of miles from town. TY!

THE PERFECT VACATION HOME!

We had had a wonderful time at this gorgeous, well-appointed, immaculately clean property. I have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties all over the US and this charming Cape home ranks at the top. The owners have thought of everything and EVERYTHING is perfect. We have not one complaint...the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is missing nothing, the linens are lovely, the living room with gas fireplace is warm and inviting, the shower is spacious (and safe for us older woman), everything is easy to find, the decor is attractive, simple and classy, and on and on. We wanted for nothing. The care with which this home has been treated is evident in every corner and on every surface. As an ex-Realtor, I am impressed with the little touches and the big ones. Structurally solid, careful consideration of spaces and design, warm and welcoming. The instruction book was simple to understand, well-organized and everything worked as indicated. About 1.2 miles from the center of Chatham and very walkable through a quiet neighborhood. Oh yeah and the ice cream stores weren't bad either!!! I could go on and on but.......you get the idea.

Lovely home, great location

We love Chatham - - this was our 3rd time staying there but 1st time in this home. It was in a convenient location just off Shore Road but on a quiet cul-de-sac, within minutes of Main Street restaurants, shops, beaches. Spacious, clean, modern, extremely organized, with fully stocked and labeled kitchen, fine quality towels and linens, and extra touches like welcome bottle of wine, Brita water pitcher, and ice packs in the freezer. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!
