    La nostra casa è disponibile per il famosissimo weekend di Chatham dal 13 al 15 dicembre, per favore informati! Disponibile anche per le vacanze invernali, vieni a trovare la tua famiglia sul promontorio per le vacanze e soggiorna nel tuo cottage rinnovato.

    Ora prenotando per l'estate 2020, affitti settimanali solo sabato-sabato weekend del Memorial Day (23 maggio 2020) fino alla fine della settimana del Labor Day (12 settembre).

    Completamente rinnovato in stile bungalow 4 stagione cottage in strada tranquilla comoda a tutto Chatham !! Due camere da letto ciascuna con letti matrimoniali, 1 bagno completo. Sala da pranzo con spazio per 6 persone. Recintato nel cortile con patio. Questa casa è comoda per negozi, ristoranti, spiagge, piste ciclabili pubbliche. I campi da golf e da tennis sono tutti facilmente accessibili.

    Il centro di Chatham è un pittoresco villaggio a soli cinque minuti di auto. Le sue strade sono fiancheggiate da molti negozi, ristoranti e un cinema. Ogni venerdì sera, in città, c'è un concerto della band da non perdere.

    Ci sono così tante attività da fare e da vedere a Chatham. Canottaggio, pesca, ciclismo su una pista ciclabile dedicata, Seal Cruises visitando il molo dei pesci commerciali, la stazione della guardia costiera per citarne alcuni. Ci sono diverse spiagge nelle vicinanze. Le più vicine sono Ridgevale & Hardings Beaches poco più di un miglio. Gli adesivi da spiaggia giornalieri o settimanali per Ridgevale, Hardings, Cockle Cove e / o parcheggio lungo Bridge St per Lighthouse Beach sono disponibili presso il chiosco nei parcheggi della spiaggia.

Location was key to be near family for activities planned. Just right for the two of us. Host was very responsive to my questions before booking and sent me a reminder with information about the area with directions. Quiet neighborhood and a Pleasant stay.

Great Cape Vacation

My boys and I stayed at this wonderful Cape Cod home for a week in August. We had such a nice vacation and enjoyed the house so much! It was a perfect place for us and a perfect location. Jackie also was very responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Cute cottage, great location

This was the perfect size for our family. A mile or so from downtown Chatham and just as close to some cute beaches and attractions. The backyard is fenced in so perfect for kids and the house had everything you need.

Cozy cottage

Great place for a quick summer trip! Location is about 8 min by car to downtown Chatham and around the corner from the rail trail. You are close to Ridgevale and Hardings beach. House was very clean and Jackie was excellent with communication. We had a great stay!

Adorable Cottage in Convenient Location

This cottage was charming, well decorated, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a couple of friends traveling together. There is a beach within walking distance (if you really like to walk) and downtown is just a short drive away. Jaclyn was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great home close to the beach!

The house was perfect for our small family of three. Great location in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing this home is missing is a washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend this great home on the Cape!

Just adorable!

The cottage is as cute as can be-sparkling clean with lots of extras in kitchen and such to make anyone's stay easier. Location is a very quiet little neighborhood, but close to most of what Chatham is all about. Though it was too chilly for us to use, the backyard is very cute and adds to the overall quaintness. Would recommend without hesitation.

Perfect Little House!

This place is absolutely darling in every way! It was perfect for our girls trip! The location is great and close to downtown Chatham. We had everything we needed for making lunches and dinners. House was fully stocked. King bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We did kill a few spiders and silverfish but other than that we have no complaints. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this cute house just an 8 minute drive from downtown Chatham. Something to note is that you need to order your sheets/towels beforehand. We were unaware of this until check in process.

Cute house with beach cottage feel - convenient to everything

Listing accurate on what you need to bring. There was a little of this and that to use. The place was perfect for our needs ...the decor was very pleasing. On a dead end street. Very quiet.Close to beach and anything else you could need or want. Recommend Whale Watch ... As there is no washer or dryer, it would be nice to have had a clothes line.

Chatham cottage

The Chatham cottage was a great location, a quiet setting, and very cozy. It was Beautifully decorated with w whites and creams. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to make yourself breakfast, before you start your day. It was only a few minutes drive to the center of Chatham, with many shops and restaurants. Also, a quick drive to all the local beaches, and a 20 minute drive to Nauset Beach in Orleans. The owner Jackie was available for questions via text. When I got home, I realized I left an item at the cottage, and she very nicely offered to mail it back to me, which was very much appreciated. The Central Air unit was the best! A Great location for a family.

Cozy Cottage

This is a very clean, comfortable, well appointed cottage that is easy to find, easy to move into and close to everything around the mid-Cape area. There is also a nice, private backyard that was nice for sitting out. I should know better by now when renting some places on the Cape, there was no linen or towels that come with this residence, it is an extra cost. I only realized it after I rented the place and got a note from the owner. I still would have rented it if I had know ahead, it was just a surprise. There was toilet paper and some soap, but no paper towels or hand towels for doing dishes in the sink…there was a very nice dishwasher, stove and fridge. It is a great place to stay and I look forward to returning.

This house gets a C. It’s small, but a functional layout; the interior is nicely painted and features quality appliances; and it’s in a quiet, private area. Like many Cape houses, there are no linens provided, but there’s also no kitchen towels; no paper towels; gross, dirty pillows; fewer glasses than a family of four would need in a day and something like 2 mis-matched mugs, chipped dishes and few bowls; no beach chairs or toys; no iron or hair dryer; no games or books; the list goes on. None of this is game-changing, but together gives you the sense that the owners aren’t particularly concerned about your comfort.

Charming beach Cottage

Loved the charming beach cottage and the location to Chatham! It was great for our quiet girls weekend. The house is fully updated with new floors, kitchen and bathroom and nicely decorated. A few things--no laundry room on site, and you have to bring your own bedding linens and towels which would be tricky if you were flying into the Cape. We almost forgot our linens, and remembered right before we left so it was kind of a pain to pack another bag of bedding sheets for 2 queen beds and towels for 4 people. There was just a thin quilt on the bed, no comforter so we got cold one of the nights. The kitchen could be better stocked with appliances and utensil/pots and pans. It was minimal and no microwave. The single bathroom is quite small with just a pedestal sink. It was a small house so its best for 2-4 adults or a small family. But with all that we would stay here again!
