“I booked this hotel for a one night stay. Then I read the reviews and wondered if I’d made a bad mistake. However, I can honestly say that we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was quiet, clean and we were treated very well. Excellent value for money. ”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. “Unusual place to stay but very pleasant. With the high weather temperatures we have just had it was a tad warm dispite a large fan. Slept with doors open. Minor improvement could be made but that said our stay was very good. We would return. Thank you.”
