“Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.”

“Another good year on the books! Thanks Jenny for the use of your lovely home!”

“House was wonderful with plenty of room. Great outdoor spaces with a deck and patio. Very convenient location. Host responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. “Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. ”

“House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay.”

“Great location. Spacious house.”

“This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%.”

“The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
