“My husband and I enjoyed this location for venturing out and exploring different parts of the Cape. The cottage is well appointed with everything in a tidy spot. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to reach and made our stay carefree. We liked having access to tv and enjoyed playing a board game that was left for use on a shelf with games, puzzles and some books. This spot feels very residential but has nice access to Brewster and has a pond within walking...

“Beautiful peaceful spot. Using Laurence’s kayaks to go down the river to the ocean beach was the highlight of the of the trip! Good location to restaurants and shopping. Our dogs loved playing with Shadow, Laurence’s wonderful pup. Our host gave us good recommendations and was available for any questions. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely nice furnishings, everything you need and more. The cottage is private with a great location. Directly across the street from Ocean Edge Mansion where we had breakfast on the Terrace. Walked to the Snowy Owl for coffee. Good communication with homeowners. Will definitely check availability for future Cape trips. ”

“I stayed at the cottage for a couples getaway weekend. Greg and Maureen were so kind and welcoming. The cottage was adorable and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better (only 7 minutes from downtown Main St in Hyannis). I highly recommend!”

“The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. ”

“Our son and wife and 19 year old daughter joined us on the Cape for 5 days in June and we rented this home for them to stay. They loved it and thought it was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable…had everything and more that they needed… was close to everything….and communication with the owners was outstanding! Our daughter-in-law even made the comment that she could live there full time!”

"Struttura molto caratteristica, personale gentile e amichevole. La colazione è un po' basica ma comunque piacevole. Le camere sono molto spaziose, l'aria condizionata e un pochino rumorosa. Molta possibilità di parcheggio "

"Very nice room with easy access from parking. Park very large. Quit place in a cozy zone. Negative point is the breakfast with poor food and missing assistance by hotel's personnel."
