“amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay”

“The room was clean, except for the sofa bed. When we tried to open it, it was full of crumbs in between the pads. As a point of engineering, the toilet bowl in the bathroom of the room we stayed in was mounted at an angle with the wall, not parallel with it, which we found odd. The staff was helpful, when you can find someone. The breakfast was terrible, eat somewhere else if you don't want to start your day badly.”

The front desk responded quickly and moved us to another room, but the replacement room was missing several amenities, including a bench and lamp, and the refrigerator hadn’t been turned on prior to our arrival. “Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

“The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”
