“Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

“We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .”

“Parking was very easy, simple check in and quick, facilities are all good for a short stay so ideal for me. One small first world problem though.....the room was big and the TV was very small so it wasnt ideal to sit in bed watching from such a distance.”
