“I don’t know where to start the broken windows, the broken shades, the deplorable parking lot, the vagrants hanging , out the sketchy reception area, I told the receptionist cancel my reservation and I found suitable lodging.”

“The hotel was ok and in a good location. My major problem is being nickel and dimes for features that are free even in most economy hotels. They advertise breakfast is every morning from 8:30 - 10:30 AM but neglect to inform you of the hyper inflated cost. As an example; a cup of coffee that the front desk clerk pumped from a storage container was $4.50. Breakfast food was equally overpriced.”

“I had clean my own room… I saw the cleaning ladies when I left on Wednesday June 3rd. I returned they were still on my hallway. When I returned around 10 pm, my room was still dirty. I had to go to front desk to get more towels and garbage bags to clean my room. The front desk worker stated that they don’t like to clean unless you’re leaving. I asked at check In about towelsAnd cleaning and the front desk staff on June 2nd told me that they will have cleaning services available daily. This was...

“Hotel was clean, ok breakfast, comfortable bed.”

“Our room smelled like pets and stale smoke. When I travel I come prepared with my own cleaning supplies. I sprayed the room with a couple of pumps of aroma air fresheners. It’s for weed smokers (any smokers) it doesn’t mask the order it eliminates it completely. I used the fresh scent. It handled it immediately. It lasted throughout the weekend. “Staff was amazing whenever they could get to the phone when you call. Sometimes you couldn’t get anyone to answer right away but it was extremely busy this weekend. Other than that room was clean bed were clean and fresh. Had a refrigerator microwave iron ironing board, coffee maker coffee pods cups and ice container. Water in the room was for sell so bring ur own water. AMAZING STAY!”

“I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options each morning. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.”

“La finestra è finta, non si apre, quindi non si cambia l aria e sei costretto a sentire il rumore del motore del condizionatore tutta la notte e soprattutto non si puo' cambiare l 'aria. Per me gravissimo. In America usano fare così e in tutti gli alberghi dove sono stato era così. Non vedi l' ora di scappare dalla camera. Il personale è solo nero o latino, quindi tutti molto gentili ed educati. ”

“I paid extra for an upgrade to get fridge and oven, but fridge was not working, i told the front desk but nothing. I usually take my drinks and food with me and due to fridge not working everything got bad.”
