“My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. We were very thankful to finally get some sleep but that was probably not the best call from the front desk clerk in my opinion. Why did we...

“We stayed for one night during our travels. The room was nice, bed was comfy. But we kept hearing a loud bang in our room every 15 minutes which prevented us from sleeping. We did stop downstairs for breakfast. The food was really cold when served. I mentioned to the front desk and manager about the noise and they said they would comp us but never did. “We stayed here for LSU graduation! Property was well-maintained and exceptionally clean! Staff was friendly and helpful! With consideration to heavy traffic in BR, this hotel is located only minutes from LSU & close to the magnificent Supper Club where we had a celebratory dinner.”
