“While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed. “parking was convenient. Staff was very friendly love the layout and design of the hotel but the restaurant and bar was not open or available during our stay which was weird because we arrived early in the day and we did have some brown spots or rust in the tub but besides that everything else was great. came down to visit LSU for my daughter orientation and it was the perfect location and I would stay there again. hopefully next time we can try the restaurant because I heard it was a really good...

“The sheets were itchy and not comfortable to sleep on. Sink in the bathroom area was dirty where the the drain is.”

“I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.”
