House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll. 2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception 3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) ”

“Wonderful house, excellent service, good food (if anything, the portions were too generous). The gardens are the highlight, flower borders, etc - much nicer version of England compared to the original. Development encroaching in the valley, but there isn’t much the hotel can do about that I suppose. ”

“It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use.”

“Hotel is conveniently located. Many eateries nearby and next to it is a big supermarket. Room is clean but minimalist... no mini fridge and tv channels very limited. The water heater was not working but we didn't bother as we're only staying for 1 night. Overall, for the price of below Rm200, the room is ok”

“Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. “The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50”
