“It was the first time to St. Charles and we had a great time. The property was fantastic. Very clean and charming. It was perfect for a weekend. The check-in process was a little complicated as we didn't get our check in information until an hour before we arrived. But everything else was perfect. Definitely recommend.”

The house was cozy enough for all of us to eat dinner and watch TV together, and big enough for everyone to have their own rooms. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the neighbors were lovely! Cape Charles is beautiful and we will definitely visit again. ”

“This wonderful duplex is in the historic district a few blocks from the beach, the downtown and the park. The home was much larger than we expected and had everything we needed. The owners have done a nice job of maintaining the integrity of this 1915 house while updating it into a comfortable rental property. Anna responded quickly to all correspondence and checked in with us on arrival. ”

“My husband and 3 children had a great week at The Woodchuck! The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of pots/pans for cooking etc. The location was perfect, not far from the beach. There were beach chairs and beach toys for our use in the shed. We rented a golf cart which made it convenient to get anywhere in town easily from the house. There is a park a couple blocks from the house. There is a train museum and hiking trails not far as well. The kids loved making s’mores in the firepit in...
