Newly remodeled (as of May 1, 2021) studio apartment with deck and clear view to Western Carolina University campus. Ideal for parents and visitors with just a few minutes walk to the center of campus, sports facilities, or nearby off-campus apartment complexes. Features a nicely apportioned kitchenette with fridge/freezer, glasstop cook stove, combination convection/microwave oven, coffee maker. 43" smart tv, queen bed, and pull-out sofa. Covered parking for motorcycles. Fast, reliable wifi; excellent cell reception. Hosts on site.

The Studio is great for one or two people. Nice sitting area, bed, bathroom, and they had great pillows. I enjoyed the ice trays and Britta water filter too.

Thank you! We had a lovely stay. The location is so close to WCU where we visited our daughter. It was very convenient to campus. Our host also provided a nice cup of coffee which was much appreciated the next morning!!

This is absolutely the cleanest and most comfortable vbro that I have stayed in. The host's communication was excellent and the studio apartment had everything you might need while away from home and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous stay at Catamount Overlook while getting our daughter settled into the dorms. Excellent location and super attentive hosts. Incredible hospitality, every convenience offered. Can’t wait to visit again. We’ll definitely be back!

The cutest studio near campus!! The owners were very accommodating and nice. They greeted us upon arriving and were very good at responding on the app if we had any concerns or questions. The home was very clean and they even had little supplies/goodies throughout the home. The walk to campus was also very short and easy. Definitely will be staying again!!

We had an amazing visit to Cullowhee! We were in town for a WCU football game and I could not recommend a better place to stay. Russ was easy to communicate with and the property was lovely. We will definitely visit again.

My husband and I stayed here for orientation weekend at WCU and we loved it. The rental was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee and drinks that were provided and loved the mirror in the bathroom! We hope to stay here again when we visit our daughter in the fall. Thank you Russ for allowing us to use you space, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful studio apartment. It was very clean, up to date and offered everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us to walk to WCU and not be concerned with parking. We also appreciate the great communication by our host Russ.
