“Nice room! Would stay again!”

“The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. “theres no kitchen, a refrig and micro, i parked near the stairs and was left a note in the am that im not to park there and i will be towed, this was my first night. the doors dont close properly, security is an issue”

“Breakfast was not so good but staff were nice. Room was very clean. Hot tub needs to be hotter and pool warmer. All in all it was a nice stay and I will be back again. Maybe more amenities like had soap and better mouth wash.”

“We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here...

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo ! Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”

“Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean, everything worked (hair dryer, tv, coffee maker, frig, ac). Two big towels, but one wash cloth and one hand towel. Easy access, seemed to be a safe area. Pleased with my choice!”
