Hotel vicino a New Heights Rock Gym - Tulsa

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo ! Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”

“I picked this one because it said there was a hot tub in the room and there was not. There were only sheets on the bed. No blankets. There was a sign of rules that looked like it belonged in a prison yard. I was targeted by 2 barking dogs on the property and the owner tried to shoo them away like I was at a backyard cookout so the pet friendly policy is a little too relaxed in my opinion. But the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the convenience store was Hella cheap for a hotel store.”

“this was by far the worst experience I have had through Expedia. this place cannot be called a hotel. its a flop house. there are drugged out extended stay people. milling around, harassing the patrons and the place is roach infested. I rented three rooms, there were condoms on the floor, and in the bed of my sisters room. no towels were available in any room, no toilet paper, no waste basket, nothing at all. 1/2 of a shower curtain and just overall nasty, smelly, and very very unsafe. ...

“The staff is really nice. The hotel room is really clean. It was a really peaceful environment. I normally book a room at the Marriott, but I decided to stay here instead and I made a wonderful choice. It’s right next to the airport so it was really easy to return my rental and catch my flight back home. This will be the only place that I book moving forward.”

“Hotel was clean but nothing amazing. Toilet paper was thin 1 ply that was rough and breakfast was not great.”

“Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.”

“This is the place to stay when traveling with family. We upgrade to a bunk bed room when available and love the extra space and full size couch. My kids love the pool, with its indoor and outdoor options. This hotel had the best complimentary breakfast. Great variety, with staff onsite constantly restocking and cleaning. This place really is a hidden gem when visiting Tulsa.”

“We lost power at the property Staff was not helpful on check in and the room was not cleaned properly Also after complaining about stains on the tube they still did not clean it properly Floor was very dirty in bedroom - stains on the carpet Morning staff was friendly however and helpful”
