“Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly on top of the hotel frim the lobby area to our rooms was very clean. Room was big and came with everything you needed and more.”

“Room was surprisingly clean even though outside of the room the rest of the hotel had a strange oder. The elevators didn't work. Had to tote luggage to the 3rd floor. the door key didn't work. Had to be moved to a different room.”

“We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here...

“The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor. The sink had leaks and when you turned on the water large amounts of water leak onto the floor. Due to the fact that I couldn’t use the sink, I bought...

“Only thing that really stuck out negatively was that our "fresh" towels had black hair all over one of them, and then the next day when we got more "fresh" wash clothes, one of them looked like black make up was all over it. Kinda yucky...”
