“Property is listed as new, its anything but that. Everything is from scratch and dent places,bedding was so nasty and contacted host, who told me to contact vrbo. That was a disaster, they gave us back 65 cleaning fee. Wasn't even a place to wash the bed sheets at. Save your money and book a nicer place. “This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....
