“The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. ”

“We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. “The place was nice and clean but it is not a one bedroom house. It is a one room studio attached to a home. There is no separate bedroom which was a problem for our group of 3. There is no kitchen which I would expect in a 1 bedroom house. There is only a mini fridge and a microwave. There was a coffee maker but no coffee.”
