Appartamenti a Chester

“NO WORKING WINDOWS The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh. The apartment...

“The apartment is in great location, extremely close to shops, pubs and restaurants. It has everything you need for a city centre stay and was very clean. However, the bed was very hard and so made nights uncomfortable.”

“Great spot so close to the centre of the city. Lovely and clean and great communication from the host.”

“This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters.”

“This property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us to take sightseeing walks along the wall and the canal. Short walk to the Cathedral. Very convenient access to a variety of restaurants and shops.”

“Nice and clean but communication not good. Calls not answered. But overall ok”

“Once we found the property it was such a lovely stay. You do have to go up some stairs so bare that in mind but other than that it was amazing. Great location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Hosts were really lovely and communicative.”

“It says in the information that essentials are provided yet there is no hand soap to be found in the property, no tea towel or way of drying the pots that were told to wash and no hand towels. All things that would be classed as pretty essential in a self catering property. Now onto the other things. The pans in the cupboard are grim and look like they were last used a month ago and never washed. The bathroom is in desperate need of a good scrub, the tile grout is grim, the shower door is grim,...

“Lovely property, great decor. In a beautiful spot next to the River Dee. Great seeing various boats passing by. Loved sitting out on the patio. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby, miniature railway in the park at the end of the road. Short walk into Chester. We would definitely like to go back. ”

“Really handy location but apartment wasn’t properly cleaned. Living room was shabby and couldn’t comfortably accommodate 4 people. The sofa was an uncomfortable sofa bed. There were 3 wine glasses for 4 people and 3 forks for food which was baffling. In winter the hall and kitchen will be cold. Took a few days to get an answer about issues following check out. ”
