“Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! We will return soon.”

“Exactly as listed. Surprised my husband with this overnight stay and he loved it. It was the perfect little romantic getaway. The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with. The place was impeccable. Had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. You feel very secluded but Main Street was only 10 min away and we found a great little restaurant called The Chop house Bistro. Definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Very welcoming home. It was a great place to relax and enjoy time with our family. It served as a perfect “base camp” for hikes at Shenandoah National Park. The home owner has provided additional amenities (soap, shampoo, k-cups, games,…) which was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved our stay at the Apple Mountain house. We had a nice relaxing evening with a beautiful view, a lovely fire pit and wonderfully cozy deck. The home was very clean and had a lot of activities for adults and children. All questions were answered immediately when I asking the host. I would recommend four-wheel-drive to get to the location. Definitely would stay here again.”

The walking path is accessible from the yard and brings you by a beautiful little river, through woods, and by interesting fields. The house is also an easy drive to downtown Warrenton for shopping and restaurants.”

“We loved our stay at this cabin. It has a great feeling of being out in nature as a cabin but with a feel of a newly renovated and quality interior. We took advantage of the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing with the family. It's a great feature of this house. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed during our stay. The grill I think may have been brand new and worked flawlessly. One reason we stayed here was the access to the river.
