Guest Access:
When you arrive at the building, you’ll enter through the main front door using a secure code that will be provided to you before check-in. Once inside, you can either take the stairs or use the elevator to reach the apartment floor. The apartment key is stored in a lockbox located on the wall beside the apartment door. You'll receive the lockbox code ahead of your stay for easy self-check-in.

The city has a relaxed, walkable feel, perfect for leisurely strolls through its famous two-tiered Rows, along the River Dee, or around the beautifully preserved city walls. Our apartment is perfectly located for exploring Chester, just a one-minute walk from the historic city walls. From there, it's an easy and scenic stroll straight into the heart of the city centre, where you’ll find Chester’s famous landmarks, shops, cafés, and attractions all within a few minutes' walk.
Getting around couldn't be easier — we’re also conveniently close to both the train station and the bus interchange, making arrivals, departures, and day trips simple and stress-free. Whether you're heading out to discover Chester’s Roman heritage, riverside walks, or vibrant dining scene, everything you need is right on your doorstep.

Our apartments offer convenient self-service check-in, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace from 3 PM onwards. While there are no staff on-site, our team is always just a message or phone call away if you need any assistance during your stay.
