“from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff aka front desk was nothing short of amazing. Kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We really appreciated their willingness to help and guide us as we felt so lost at first coming into a new town not knowing anything or where to go. Location could not be any more perfect either. I definitely recommend this hotel! ”

“The setting is beautiful, on a hill with a lake behind it. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. The room was great, we had a view. It's spacious: a full suite, with attention to detail throughout. The fridge is larger than the standard mini fridge, and not full of things to buy. “In reception non informano del fatto che una tassa addizionale, chiamata destination fee, verrà aggiunta alla fine: lo si scopre solo se si spulcia nella custodia che mi hanno dato al check in. Inoltre 40 dollari a notte per il parcheggio sono tanti. La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“We stayed for 1 night before a flight. Easy check in, it was comfortable and close to the airport. Also, my kids were comfortable and fell right to sleep. That’s a lot coming from them since they are all under 6 years old. I’d stay again if needed! ”
