Hotel a Chesterville

“The room was clean and comfortable. It was a Race Weekend, so the usual price gouging was in effect. The big disappointment was, after paying up for a place just to get a night's sleep and a shower, the Hotel allowed a Refrigerated Semi to park right in front of several rooms and run all night long. Got my hot shower in the morning but definitely NOT a good night's sleep.”

“The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt.”

We could bearly survive the night. In the morning there was no warm water to shower and not even an apology. “Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy. The carpets throughout the property were so dirty they appeared black instead of their original red color. There was garbage left by the entrance, and the dining area chairs were visibly stained and dirty....
