“Incredible!! Loved everything about our stay in this historic hotel. The reception staff was unparalleled- so warm and friendly and helpful with local tips (thank you Andrea & Tim!!). The rooms were comfortable and clean and well stocked with what we needed for our overnight stay. Only regret is that we weren’t there longer!! The house restaurant menu looked great and the prices were very competitive. Just no time to actually try it. Maybe another time. ”

“Fantastic accommodation under all aspects. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom, no noise around, lovely staff and great breakfast. There is no restaurant service, but just cross the road and you'll find a big and nice pub. Also to get to Bath there is a wonderful walk along the canal which takes approximately 40 min walking with relax, and is really recommended”

“i did not even get to see the room because, although in your site the hotel was listed as pet friendly, as soon as we entered the building we were informed that our dog would not be granted access. we expect a full refund. we were left without a room and had quite a lot of trouble solving the problem. i can't put a real note about cleanliness or comfort.”

“英國住宿真的很貴，特別是週末的巴斯，找不到便宜的住宿，最便宜的只能是青旅了。第一次入住青旅，選了最貴的私人房，因為比較怕跟別人公用浴室，需要私密性。巴斯這家青旅地理位置挺好的，我們從火車站拖箱子去也只要10來分鐘（不過挺累的，還是建議打車）。員工非常nice，也很健談，可以寄存行李。房間有包含早餐，餐食是自助的，品種很少但能填飽肚子。房間面積不大，但有個大衣櫃（雖然我們用不上），有個小桌子可以擺放點東西，浴室非常大，但奇怪的是淋浴間搞得很小。房間清潔度也是可以的，隔音一般，但通常情況下都比較安靜。整體來說還是可以推薦的，如果大家想要體驗青旅，這家還是不錯的。”

“Hotel was amazing, gardens are beautiful and the room was lovely and cosy. Only downside was some of the staff we experienced on reception when we first arrived. Very low energy and not that helpful. Receptionist the following day was really helpful. Also some confusion with our room being cleaned on our second day, it was cleaned and we vacated the room from 10:15am until around 15:30pm. Plenty of time for the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t.
