“We had an amazing one week stay. Clean and comfortable. Coffee, milk, snacks thoughtfully provided. Kitchen well equipped with just the right tools for simple breakfast and morning coffee before heading out. Three different train lines within 3 minute walk. ”

“When I first booked, I was offered a free upgrade and it was anything but that. The minute my husband and I arrived, the room was absolutely freezing. It was also marketed that we were staying in Notting Hill and we were not. There were no extra blankets and the bed was a full-size bed. That same night, the water was over flowing and not draining in the shower. The next day, maintenance came to look at the shower and the heat and as soon as we arrived back to turn on the shower, it was leaking...

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully laid out, with a fantastic private terrace that wraps all the way around. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and induction hob. Whether preparing a full meal, a quick snack, or simply heating something up, it made everything easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be better....

“Le batiment et le studio étaient facile d'accès grace à un digicode à chaque entrée. Bien qu'en sous-sol, le studio était confortable, bien chauffé et propre. Le contact avec les gestionnaires était super efficace car nous avons eu un problème d'évacuation de la salle d'eau et cela a été réglé dans la journée. Merci.”

“Buona esperienza, Pur senza reception la comunicazione è valida e sono sempre disponibili via whatsapp a supportare ogni esigenza. la pulizia in alcuni casi lascia a desiderare, trovata immondizia nel cestino degli ospiti precedenti e spazi comuni non adeguatamente puliti, in particolare le scale con moquette vecchia e macchiata. Peccato perché per il resto un ottima sistemazione. Comunque consigliato. ”
