È un hotel a 3 stelle in una città con una scelta ampissima di hotel e guesthouse, abbiamo trovate un servizio di scarsa qualità e vermi in camera è sul letto, mosche ovunque era impossibile anche fare la doccia, ma se usi il repellente in camera sono 500 bht di MULTA! Assurdo, ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO HOTEL alla metà del loro prezzo c’e Molto di meglio e soprattutto PULITO a Chiang Mai

Non entusiasmante
Mi aspettavo meglio da un boutique hotel...stanza diversa dalle foto, infatti nn so se mi hanno dato la stessa che ho prenotato. Pulizie optional anche mettendo il cartello fuori la porta e internet non funzionava bene in stanza. Colazione ok ma niente di eccezionale. Aspetto positivo la location ma non ci ritornerei.

albergo un pò troppo poco boutique
la camera prenotata era abbastanza misera, molto poco boutique insomma. Ma il problema più rilevante è che era posizionata vicina all'impianto di condizionazione esterno e quindi molto rumorosa specialmente di notte. Mi è stato offerto, a dir la verità, la possibilità di cambiare camera dimostrando in questo modo un certo interessamento al problema da parte della reception che comunque aveva potuto constatare di persona il problema.

Great hotel close to everything
This was a great surprise. They gave us an upgrade and it was beautiful. This hotel is in a great location also. We thank them all for a wonderful honeymoon. Fantastic small hotel.

This property was great. When you walk in it feels as of you left the city and walked into a paradise resort. There is a nice curved sidewalk with a deck bordering it. Then the reception desk is welcoming with a soft waterfall sound coming from the nice fish pond. After ck in there is a short walk through a perfectly designed landscape then you walk into a clean well layed out room. The staff was great and the property was very nice. I would recommend to my mother to stay here

great stay... all you could want
A really lovely place to stay, great room, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool, helpful staff. I really liked the entrance to reception.. tranquil water features with koi carp. My stay included breakfast which as usual in thailand includes lots of eggs that I am allergic to, so I didnt have much choice, but the toast was really good along with the choice of fresh fruit. this is great value for money especially as its in the centre of Chaing Mai old town so everything is easy to get to

Perfect location to stay for a great price
Great place to stay for traditional style Thai hotel. Check in was friendly and fast. Absolute beautiful reception area. Stayed on 3rd floor pool view room. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and extra pillows. Fridge and safe make the stay very convenient. The area around hotel is the perfect location in the old city. Everything is a short walk away. Free breakfast was amazing. 7 to 10 every morning. Complimentary bottles of water in room every day.

Worth the price and more.
The checkin was quick and easy. We were upgraded to supreme room due to a lot of construction. But I don’t know how much difference it made. Plus they initially gave me a room with two bed although we are a couple. The hotel and rooms are aged but they kept Everything clean. It’s very good for the price I paid. The shower is not great spray quality but it worked. The water heater cord is short and table not placed near a plug so we had to adjust a bit. Really cannot complain for the price. The staff were kind and polite. Breaky was ok too.

Some rooms have been renovated but we were in the back area which has not been done. Odd smell, dated and desperately needs an update. Toilet plugged within the first hour. Definitely needs further Reno!!

We had a bit of a hiccup with our booking via internet and the ladies at reception were excellent and sorted it quickly. We then found that the shower in our first room would not drain quickly and were moved to an upgrade room. This was excellent and staff have been very helpful throughout.

based on the fact that my booking was an offer, from 100 to 25 €/night, I was surprised to find the simpliest of all equipments in the room. it's super poor interior, the rules and regulations read like a punishment rather than holiday place. I could not get over the feeling of being betrayed. most disappointing was the hotel's lack of support during my illness, whereby only one staff member was able and willing to provide water and food from the restaurant for me, while I ended up being bed bound. strange that hospitality was not taken to a level to support a heavily sick guest. cleaning was just on demand and even then most of the instructions were not understood and it was left uncleaned. its location is great, everything in walking distance, comes obviously with an acoustic impact. for a property of this category, I feel very insufficient service and definitely not welcoming. I would not go back to this place. many properties around with better value for money. unfortunately my stay was not at all what I was expecting.

When we have renovate room we contact you to move room but you can't move in case you sick 3. Var der i 20 dage. Dejlig have med grønne planter som blev vandet hver dag. Der blev gjort meget ud af rengøring på udendørs områder. Hotellet ligger lige inden for den gamle bydel, i den rigtige ende, med ikke langt til alt det sjove.

フロントを始めスタッフの皆さんは親切で丁寧でした。 毎朝の朝食もおいしくいただきました。 ホテルは旧市街地の中にありターペー門(thaphae gate)から近くわかりやすい位置にあります。 市場も近く、毎日タイマッサージ三昧でした。 観光の拠点としては最高だと思います。 ただ、free-wifiが貧弱だったのがマイナス点です。 またチェンマイに行ったときには利用したいと思います。

Für den Preis ok, Einrichtung und Zimmer eher abgewohnt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück leider mau. Daß das Hotel direkt nebenan ein Restaurant betreibt wo sie zeigen, daß sie Frühstück lecker zubereiten und Kaffee kochen könnten, wenn sie wollten gibt dem Hotel meiner Meinung nach einen faden Beigeschmack.

The staff are the Best. Communication throughout our multiple stays was always excellent and the staff throughout the hotel are eager to assist anyway they can to make your stay wonderful, which they do. The hotel has a newer addition and and older section. The older, and probably original hotel, needs updating badly. When recommending Eurana to friends, I always mention for them to book into the newer building.

Dear Value Guest If you booked for Standard Room no elevator it correct , But our hotel is not small . You booked the room and pay 500 - 800 THB and need the room like a 5 stars hotel why not booked that hotel. In our hotel have good room type but you not reserved and what we mistake . Booked for Standard we arrange for Standard , Next time if you need more facilities and elevator , please book : Superior , Deluxe Pool View and Junior Suite .

I get to Chiang Mai once each year. When there I always stay at the Eurana Boutique. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My room is always comfortable and clean. I always feel as though I get good value for my money. I should mention Sand, Soda, Najee, Fern and Juti who have always been a big help to this solo traveler. Others on the staff as well I just cannot remember all the names. When I get to Chiang Mai again in 2020 one can be sure that I will book my room at the Eurana!!

Mauvaise ambiance mais endroit sympa.
Cet hotel à encore un bon potentiel. Mais les nouvelles règles imposées aux clients amène un climat peu joyeux. Il faut signer une charte de "savoir vivre" prenant le client pour un sauvage potentiel, il faut même verser une caution de 500 bahts pour obtenir la clé de sa chambre. N'arrivez pas en avances car même si la chambre est libre on vous dira que le checkin est à 14h et pas avant. La piscine ferme à 18h, autant dire que si vous partez en excursion vous ne pourrez pas vous raffraichir en rentrant ! Sinon l'hotel en lui même est bien situé et les chambres sont rénovées. Dommage que la direction veuille en faire un pensionnat pour délinquants juvéniles. Le petit déjeuner en revanche n'a pas évolué, il est toujours aussi mauvais.
