This is a 3-story plus deck, bright single-family home, spacious with a front yard with a beautiful pond with koi fishes, very rare to find a place like this in Chicago!
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a king bed and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed. We also offer two twin beds that can be set up as an additional bed in bedrooms. Located only 2.5 miles to downtown Chicago!! Free parking street right on front of the house.

Beautifully 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms single family home in the heart of West Town.
There are 2 bedrooms with a large closet and a king bed located in 2nd floor, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are in the basement with queen beds and a full bathroom with another full kitchen in this floor as well.
You will find 2 folding twin beds in 3rd floor that can be set up as an additional bed in the bedrooms.
2 Laundry rooms in this unit!! one on the first floor another one in the basement.
2 full kitchens!! one in first floor another one in the basement, plus 3 full bathrooms, one in each floor of the house.
You have 3 different entrances to the house.
High ceilings plus big windows :) with plenty of natural light.
This is a 3-story house plus a back deck and a front yard with a beautiful pond with koi fishes (please do not feed the fishes).

Unit features nice, high ceilings, a high-end kitchen with dining area separates to the living room area and spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Central A/C and heat. Mounted 55” SMART TV in living room and 50” SMART TV in second floor in one of the master bedroom w/ cables provided through YouTube Tv, an another 2 tvs in bedrooms in the basement. SPACIOUS Outdoor walk-out deck.
It is a truly unbeatable location.

1st floor: Living room, main kitchen, laundry area, full bathroom with shower, deck.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with large closets and king beds, two additional folding twin beds, full bathroom with a bathtub.
Basement: 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one tv per bedroom, full bathroom with a shower, extra full kitchen, laundry room.
Outside areas will be closet and cover starting oct/nov until Spring, depending in weather condition it could be around May or June.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: PARKING?
A: Free parking street right on front of the house, very easy to find parking also in the crossing streets, it is a huge plus to have free parking in this area of Chicago only 2 miles away to downtown.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things.

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on! We provide a very good quality of mattresses in all our beds :) we understand our guests need to sleep comfortably.
