Ottima posizione. Purtroppo è accaduto un grave fatto relativo all’uso non autorizzato della mia carta di credito, che ha completamente compromesso il mio giudizio sull’hotel. Camere confortevoli, letti comodi. L’ultimo giorno (di tre) la camera è stata pulita solo nel tardo pomeriggio e solo perché abbiamo sollecitato ben quattro volte.

L'albergo è un po' datato ma in una splendida posizione. Purtroppo erano chiusi il bar ed il ristorante.

The hotel staff was excellent. Our room and view was perfect. I like that you actually received something for the added on daily “resort fees.” For the “resort fee” each day of our stay we received free WiFi, a coffee mug, a free refillable water bottle, two bottles of water for our room, and the daily resort fee amount could be used in the restaurants or bar IF total bill was charged to room. At least you received something for the added on “resort fee.” I don’t understand why hotels just add that amount onto the room reservation and forget adding on a “resort fee” at the end of your stay!

Didn't like: We had a reservation well in advance, but there was no room for us when we arrived at 4:00 check-in time. at 9:00pm a room was finally available for us.

They have unexpected charges. The rooms are not nearly as clean as they should be. They were actually pretty dusty and dirty.

I loved the beautiful sight seeing they offer and the way to get to them is super easy lower lobby access to the river walk, it was convininet and fast our view was outstanding from the room as well. My only dislike is that the shower in our room was clogged they did send a technician but it was still clogged. Nothing was compensated for the inconvenience but aside from that it was a great stay.

They did not disappoint. The area is wonderful , everyone was very friendly. The view is beautiful. The only thing is there is no fridge or microwave in the room. We did order room service , they were great But , if you get a room close to elevators , you’ll be right by ice and microwave.

The staff made a racial slur and treated our friend who was there to pick us up poorly. I was extremely embarrassed by this treatment and will not stay there again.

Everything was a great, very nice property. Be aware!! if you rent a car and PARK the car in SELF PARKING they will charge you without letting you know $68 /day. There are even signs on the parking that state that ROOM guest will get their parking "validated or comp" for staying there.

The only thing that I didn't like was the price of beers in the bar, but you'll have that in Chicago. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay in downtown, very convenient location to everything!

The entire property was clean and everyone was friendly. Being close to things downtown was important for St. Patrick’s Day! We hs a great experience and will plan to stay here again when in Chicago!

My only complaint is that I wish the room had an actual fridge. We couldn’t maintain our food because it was too small and the temperate was not adequate.
