“Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed ”

“Breakfast was good, but breakfast room is too small and outdated to the point of shabbiness. No trays or paper napkins available, much too crowded. The guest room was clean, but again, quite outdated. Poor lighting, very dim, nowhere with enough light for putting on contact lenses or makeup. The remote didn’t work most of the time, needed batteries. The tv required my amazon or Netflix ID to work unless I wanted to watch what seemed to be a Christian news channel. The Staff was nice. “Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....

“The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location right next to a Dutch Bros, a brewery and Best Buy. The pre-cooked breakfast was not as good as the other times I stayed there. The cinnamon rolls are still great. I would highly recommend this location.”
