Casa in posizione centrale, super pulita, ideale per le famiglie, ideale per passeggiate e gite in bicicletta, per un caffè al Bidwell Perk (3 miglia), al Bidwell Park (0,5 miglia), al centro (1,5 miglia) ea Chico State (2 miglia). Rilassatevi davanti al fuoco del cortile anteriore, nella vasca idromassaggio o organizzate un barbecue e una partita a bocce a bordo piscina. Il layout aperto ha grandi spazi pieni di opere d'arte perfette per intrattenere più generazioni. La cucina completa (con fornello a gas) ha tutti i piatti e gli accessori da cucina necessari. Was a wonderful home for stay in Chico for family wedding. Stephanie was very responsive, very friendly. Home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

We used this house as our home base for the 2024 Chico State Parent weekend. We were up visiting our Freshman daughter. It was an excellent location and was perfect for the occasion. Great communication from the host and just a great overall experience. Would recommend for families looking for a similar type of visit to Chico!

We loved everything from the booking to the end of our stay. I’ve never dealt with such a warm, hospitable host as Stephanie. They have thought of everything for their home, even supplying a lighter for the bbq and an ice chest out by the pool. The beds were super comfy and we all had a wonderful time. I will definitely want this home again on our next visit to Chico.

Great house with pool and covered patio for those hot Chico summers. Nice double living room with plenty of room to stretch out. Great time with the family and nicely stocked kitchen for home chefs.Great town with lots to do.

This is our second time staying at the house and we booked our trip while sitting by the pool during our last visit. We loved it so much. The house is clean and comfortable. You feel like you’re at a friend’s house or your favorite aunts house. It’s not barely furnished with four forks and knives. It’s a fully loaded kitchen, two ice chests by the pool, big soft couches, games, first aid kit, everything in the house is meant for your use. The owner is so nice and helpful. The communication was perfect. I can’t recommend this house enough.

We live in town, but we had friends and family visiting for the high school graduation of our son. This weekend getaway was a wonderful place to celebrate! The house is centrally located in town and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. We had an amazing time barbecuing, swimming, and socializing, and the inside of the house slept our visiting family comfortably. Great communication with the host. Thank you for the perfect send-off venue for our youngest.

This home served as the gathering point for two families in celebration of grandmas 70th birthday. It was the perfect venue providing ample room for young and old. The pool was refreshing and the neighborhood walk each evening, when it cooled down, was terrific.

My mom, my cousins, and I stayed at the house, and other family who were in town for a family event were able to drop in easily. We shared meals together (kitchen had everything we could need!) and had fun splashing and relaxing in the pool and backyard. Very comfortable and hospitable.

First off the hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. Very kind and offered lots of helpful tips and suggestions for around the house and in town. The vrbo was immaculate, clean, and had everything you needed to cook, bbq, and more. The house really felt like home and the beds were also super comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to others!

We stayed for 3 days for Chico High graduation. The house was the perfect choice! The kids loved the pool, hot tub and outside games. The home had plenty of space and everything we needed. The location was super close to downtown Chico. We loved it!

Ideal size and location for our local family members to meet here at central location to join us for gatherings when we fly in from Florida. We enjoyed the location and the size of the property for our family. Ease of getting in and out with the code provided. Plenty of bakeware and kitchen tools and serving dishes etc were exceptional. Thankful to have the pool in the hot city of Chico!

The house is delightful, with a kitchen with every utensil one could possibly need. The place was clean except some of the pots in the kitchen cabinet were not clean and had to be re-washed. The beds are VERY comfortable and the linens very soft. That was a definite plus! We loved the Jacuzzi! We had not seen one with lights and a waterfall before. It was nice to have a piano as one of our group plays. Also the backyard is nice to hang out and lots of places to sit and socialize. Overall we were very pleased with the place.
