🚭🌳Other Things to Note:
No smoking inside. Outdoors, please stay at least 10 feet from the home and fully dispose of cigarette butts — our tree-filled neighborhood is fire-sensitive.

😃🍵With our cleaning fee, we offer a no-stress check-out. As long as the home isn’t left in poor condition, you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee before heading out!

⏰🛎️Early Check-In:
Requests before 4 PM require host approval and aren’t guaranteed. Message us to check availability.

📞📠Local Bookings:
Locals booking our properties will receive a verification phone call prior to check-in. We do not accept Google Voice or service phone numbers and may cancel unverified reservations.

📞📠All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement and provide valid IDs for a standard background check prior to check-in.
For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required and automatically released after your stay as long as there are no damages.
* No shoes in the house
* No smoking in the house or within 10 feet of the property. Please clean up all cigarette butts. If there is a smell of smoke in the home, we will be asking you to pay for the extra cleaning, up to $250
* Once your stay is done please bag up any trash and put rinsed dishes in the dishwasher :)
* No guests under 25
* We charge an additional fee for propane for $15.
*Please note: Cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited in the property. Any violation will result in additional charges for excessive utility usage.
