Easy stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a good layout. Showers were good. Location is pretty central to walk in town.

The entire staff is always so helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast surpass any other hotels in the area and most outside the area.

Very friendly staff. Free breakfast and afternoon snacks. Pool, spa and workout room. Our hallway smelled strongly of weed. We were charged for early check-in even though he made it sound like it was a favor he was doing. All in all, I would return.

Clean rooms, great staff. My 1st stay here was awesome. 2nd stay not so much. It was a busy weekend, some sports events were going on in town. Lots of commotion in the hallways well into the night. Took my dog outside and came back to my suite door busted in. Nothing was taken, and the staff assignment me a new room. An inconvenience I wasn't expecting at a hotel at this price point.

Place smelled like a bunch of pot smokers were there. Staff was very nice. Happy hour was only drinks no appetizers and coffee machine was broken when we were there. Previous stays there have been better.

I had an excellent stay at the Oxford Suites. My room was exactly what I had hoped for, and the rates were reasonable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I want to specifically commend one of the hotel concierge members who assisted me upon my late arrival at 10:30pm. After enduring about 6 hours of traveling, I reached the hotel and found myself struggling to walk or put any weight on my feet due to a recent foot injury. Transitioning from limited mobility to zero mobility during my journey was challenging, but the hotel concierge named Chris went above and beyond to assist me. He greeted me at my vehicle with a wheelchair that I could use for the weekend and personally carried all of my luggage upstairs, helping me settle into my room. His exceptional care exceeded my expectations and completely transformed my experience.

Stayed 4 nights and fairly satisfied. First morning I found no regular coffee packs in my room, only decaf. Food at happy hour for two night was gone very quickly and not replaced. Needed extra toilet paper and had to ask twice about this. Checking out was not satisfied. Girl at front desk never looked up or acknowledged my presence as she was on a personal phone call. I waited several minutes and then she handed me my paper statement. Still never looked up or said a word to me as I left. Very rude behavior. Her name was Whitney on 3/20 at 9:30am. I left very unhappy .

Great hotel in every way with super nice staff. There were homeless people and screaming right outside though. Someone even knocked on my window but thank God got scared away by my dog barking.
