“Nice room excellent breakfast. Requested bath but only had shower. Was rather cold and ni instructions in the room for heating, but overall lovely venue nice grounds and I would go again ”

La luce della stanza che non funzionava, il Wi-Fi che non funzionava e la receptionist non sapeva che fare e mi ha dato per ben 3 volte la password sbagliata. “Not far from the railway station (a nice 15 minute walk), and the pedestrian area ( 5 minutes) very kind and always available staff. They assigned me a doble room even though i was alone. Right below the hotel there is the stop for the 700 bus with wich i went to Brighton. I would happily return to this hotel.”

“We booked last minute and it was our first time visiting and we were welcomed immediately by friendly staff as we walked through the door. Our room was lovely and the pantry of sweets was a really nice touch! ”

“Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay ”
