“The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand. ”

“All of the staff were wonderful. My father has some mobility issues and the receptionist noticed this and switched our room for one on the ground floor, all before I could ask. The room was spotless and quiet, couldn't ask for more.”

“Guest house a dieci minuti a piedi dal castello di York. Camera carina e pulita così come il bagno nella stanza. Essendo al secondo piano della struttura abbiamo lasciato un bagaglio in macchina perché le scale erano un po strette per passare con i bagagli più grandi. Colazione semplice ma soddisfacente”
