“The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom products were replenished. Complimentary breakfast was always hot and changed daily. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived late and needed to add extra days. Conveniently located next to Gundersen Lutheran hospital with underground connection. Signage between the hospital and hotel could be improved. Hotel offers a discount to visitors who have someone in the hospital when booked with the hotel directly.”

I prepaid for breakfast through Expedia but was double charged, and the “complimentary” breakfast offered to make up for issues ended up being confusing and incomplete. “the room was nice and clean, I did not like the shower as the head was to large and offered no pressure, also there is no space in the bathroom for toiletries at all. Very close to the concert, nice hot tub.”

“It was not very clean. Hair was left in the tub. There was still garbage in the trash can. There were no tissues (Maybe they don't supply them?) I went to the front desk to ask a question but nobody came out to help me. ”

“The room was dirty, and saw a spider crawling on the floor. Outlets on desk did not work, hair dryer did not work. The tissues were out. Personnel were very friendly at the front desk and for the breakfast.”
