“The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English. Sleepy security. TV didn't work. 5 bucks for a small bottle of water. Chip on shoulder front desk...and on and on shame because Sharon is a good brand”

“Absolute wonderful location, just a block from Beale St. and a short walk to downtown to the north, the National Civil Rights Museum by the Lorraine Motel to the south, and multiple restaurants along Main St. to the west. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies and the Rock & Soul Museum are across the street. Sun and Stax Record Studio Museums are just 1 and 2 miles away. Hotel staff were welcoming and warm. ”

“Everything was good until my daughter spotted ants on the baseboards by the beds . talked to staff about a new room wouldn't give me one . had to deal with killing ants my entire trip , could barley sleep because of them ! when i tried to ask / talk to them when it was time to checkout staff was completely rude & was not trying to help or accommodate me !”

“Couldnt stay there again, smelt musty, looked old, air con was loudest iv ever heard, was not a nice hotel, only ok if you need 1 night to catch the amtrak train early. I wont be returning.”

“Localizzato in ottima posizione, camere confortevoli e abbastanza silenziose. Molto caro il vallet parking : conviene cercare parcheggio pubblico. Vicino al fiume, a poca distanza dall’hotel, i parcheggi sono gratuiti.”
