“Parking is angled both sides making backing out to leave a challenge. Pool had not been cleaned yet and prepped for warmer weather. The HVAC system worked great. Room overall same as pictures. Cleanliness' needs some work as there was dirt on the floor between the desk and dresser. Also, the surfaces had a dusty gritty feel to them. The microwave was basically unusable due to peeling coating and turntable was rusty and didn't turn. Lamp shaded by the bed had a sticky substance on them....

The microwave in our room did not have a microwave plate and our room smelled like dirty feet the entire time. The only time anyone was ever at the desk was early mornings or late nights otherwise there was a sign stating they were busy helping another guest the whole time.”

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. The Western Inn is a family owned hotel and they are in the process of renovating. From what we have seen, they are doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size.
