“Room 234 hot tub was broke and had to flip breaker to use it. It would come on loudly in the middle of the night until the breaker popped. They wouldnt switch rooms because we booked through Expedia. Light was out in our room and they hand my wife a light bulb to change it. Had reservations at the Lookout restaurant at 6:30, got sat at 7, got someone elses (2 filets and a ceasar) food at 8pm which they said eat until we got our food at 9:45. “Where do I start first off? It was a five story building in both elevators. Did not work and appeared to be that way for sometime. None of the ice machines worked. There was an old bar of soap in my bathroom and the showerhead would only come out of a trickle, though the bathtub water came out fairly strong. There was only two lights in my room, though the room was very clean and seemed to be slightly remodeled, but all in all wouldn’t stay there again they definitely need to improve. ”
