“Good experience. I stayed for a week in a DeLuxe Room. Everything was correct (staff, cleaness, breakfast, facilities like gym room and swimming pool) but the air conditioning was unequale the general quality. Room was permanently too cold, humid and above all air quality wasn't correct. I think that they have to renew and to clean radically the air conditioning filters.”

“To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay.
