“Top”

“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Letto comodissimo Colazione varia ed abbondante”

“The hotel was amazing as well as its swimming pool. The area where it is located is very central, next to commercial streets with Dept. Stores, restaurant and a very closed Starbucks for coffee... ”

“Una gemma nel centro di Pechino. Struttura nuova, staff fantastico, posizione centrale comodissima sia per visitare a piedi la parte centrale della città sia per andare altrove dal momento che la metto si trova a 200 metri. Bevande gratuite per gli ospiti. Camera gestibile tramite loro app che si installa sul telefono, veramente ottima. Grazie allo staff per tutte le indicazioni e il supporto! Eccezionale!”

“I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I...

“colazione fantastica di tutti i tipi , posizione ottima, proprio sopra a un centro commerciale. Appartamento ampio e pulito”

“Tutto fantastico per rapporto qualità prezzo e servizi”

“Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”

“I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Beijing. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with excellent service throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. A special mention goes to Neil from the concierge team, who was absolutely amazing. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. His outstanding service truly stood out and...

“Stanza spaziosa e pulita, essendo in 3 ospiti avremmo gradito una sistemazione di 3 letti singoli o letto matrimoniale e letto singolo invece di 2 letti a una piazza e mezza. Colazione abbondante e varia. Buona posizione a pochi minuti da una fermata metro che consente di raggiungere il centro. Nella zona sono presenti centri commerciali e ristoranti.”

“Ottimo albergo con camere molto spaziose e confortevoli. Piscina e palestra da aggiornare datate.”

“Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...
