“Attenzione! La posizione sulla mappa è sbagliata !!! L’hotel non è nella strada centralissima e moderna di Pechino indicata, ma tre fermate metro più lontano! E poi c’è oltre un km da fare dalla fermata all'hotel! Scomodissimo !”

“L’albergo è bello in una posizione molto buona, a pochi passi dalla via principale e la città proibita (se ci volete andare informatevi per tempo sui biglietti), a pochi minuti anche dalla Metro. L’hotel è un po’ datato il personale gentilissimo e in quel periodo ci lavorava anche un italiano che ci ha molto aiutato”

“Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away.”

“The only small disappointment was the lack of nearby breakfast places. Breakfast usually requires ordering delivery, but this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall excellent experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. Having stayed in many different places over the years—from luxury hotels to various types of accommodations—this is by far the best place I have experienced so far. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.”

Struttura nuova, staff fantastico, posizione centrale comodissima sia per visitare a piedi la parte centrale della città sia per andare altrove dal momento che la metto si trova a 200 metri. Bevande gratuite per gli ospiti. Camera gestibile tramite loro app che si installa sul telefono, veramente ottima. Grazie allo staff per tutte le indicazioni e il supporto! Eccezionale!”

“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”

“Ho scelto questo Hotel per un soggiorno di 5 giorni con mia moglie e i miei due ragazzi. La scelta del hotel non poteva essere la più azzeccata. Nuovissimo cin il concetto di boutique hotel di alta classe. Ci si trova immersi in una vera galleria d'arte moderna. Sebbene la zona appartenga al distretto finanziario lo shopping Mall ParkNew e' in stile con l'hotel ed e' uno dei più belli in assoluto che via mai visitato. Il servizio offerto dal personale ben preparato e' stato in linea con l'alto...
