“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Attenzione! La posizione sulla mappa è sbagliata !!! L’hotel non è nella strada centralissima e moderna di Pechino indicata, ma tre fermate metro più lontano! E poi c’è oltre un km da fare dalla fermata all'hotel! Scomodissimo !”

“The only small disappointment was the lack of nearby breakfast places. Breakfast usually requires ordering delivery, but this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall excellent experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. Having stayed in many different places over the years—from luxury hotels to various types of accommodations—this is by far the best place I have experienced so far. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

“Highly recommend to all who want to experience Beijing Hutong living, very homey feel, the property is artistically designed and immaculately maintained , the tea serving ritual is a must to experience… and the traditional Beijing snacks (fried sauce noodles, wonton soup, tea cakes) are so yummy that my kids said they are the best food they have tried Beijing.”

“Camera pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. Ottimi prodotti per la pulizia della persona. La colazione meritava, soprattutto per la parte salata. La palestra al ventunesimo piano molto valida, con ottime macchine.”
