Benvenuti in un 'Teague of Our Own! Precedentemente noto come "Stormbreak", questa casa in città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta per il centro o Maddox Blvd. Ben arredato con tre camere da letto. Soggiorno ha abbondanti posti a sedere una TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD. Il servizio internet wireless è fornito. Il portico chiuso con finestre scorrevoli consente spazio per la diffusione in qualsiasi condizione atmosferica. Grande posto auto coperto per mantenere un veicolo e tutti i tuoi attrezzi sotto copertura. Un enorme cortile per grigliate, giochi e docce nella doccia Tiki all'aperto.

NOTA: cani di piccola taglia sono i benvenuti in questo noleggio (un solo cane, deve essere inferiore a 35 kg).

This is our 2nd time at this property and it's just as great as before. The location is fantastic and the home is stocked with pretty much everything. This will be our primary choice whenever we visit the island

We loved the cottage! Very spacious, nicely decorated and they weren't kidding about the kitchen being stocked - they even had really nice knives which is super important to me since we cook a lot. The back deck and the grill was also well maintained with a cute herb garden (parsley, basil and rosemary) that came in very handy! I also highly recommend the outdoor shower which was divine. I don't think I showered inside once during our stay... My teenager loved the beachy aesthetic too. Walking distance to bike rental and town, the communication via text messaging was prompt! And they gave us a nice welcome care package with a gift certificate for a local bookstore. So thoughtful. We would definitely come back!

beautiful home and lawn. looks just as pictured. walkable to main street and maddox blvd. kitchen seems fully stocked to cook for all guests even though i only used the coffee maker. i would love to retire one to day to this beautiful island. loved loved loved my relaxing stay

Great location! Loved the house. We were told we would have a bag of essentials, dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent etc but we didn’t. Contacted management company and they just delivered paper towels. Steep pet fee, for each dog, which is not explained well in the description.

This vacation property has everything you need and more! Watch the sunrise from the huge back deck, shower outdoors, play croquet in the back yard, read in the all season screened in porch (my fav) or walk to town. The only thing this house needs… is a name ;)

Very nice home for adults. Less recommended for children or older folks due to very steep, narrow stairway and no bathroom on the second floor where bedrooms are located. We loved the sun porch and were very appreciative of this pet-friendly rental.

Wonderful time spent in Chincoteague- house was clean and in a nice location. Was surprised ( pleasantly) to be met with gift bag & a bottle of wine ( thank you!) . Will definitely be coming back. Was a wonderful vacation.

The highlight of our visit to Chincoteague was sitting on the back deck of this rental home, sipping coffee in the morning. We brought our dog, and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. Note: while this home is pet friendly, sadly dogs are barred from most community parks as well as the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge. Our mistake! But this can complicate a local visit with your pets.

The house is well situated to walk to all the best dining and shopping spots including the Island Creamery and Amerin Coffee House. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are only on the first level, nothing on the second level where you find the three bedrooms. So at night, it’s down the stairs you go. The appliance’s are very dated, but they are clean and working. It’s a very typical older beach house with Chincoteague’s charm.

My family had an amazing time staying at this property. It was very clean, a great location and exactly as described. The sun room was beautiful and we enjoyed having the car port to pull under to load/unload the car for beach days.

This rental property was excellent! This sweet little house was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. The owners showed wonderful attention to detail, from the welcome gift bag, to the strategically placed night lights, to the magnetic holders on the doors. We cooked almost every meal for a week and had literally everything we needed. The back yard was large and well kept and our dog and daughters enjoyed hours of play. The house is ideally located with easy access to the Wildlife Refuge, and walking distance to Main Street shops and Maddox Blvd and Island Creamery. There was also a dog park a little over a mile away, which we frequented often to tire out our pup and chat with locals. The management company was great. Check in and check out was fast and seamless. I emailed with a few random questions on a Sunday, and got a response on Monday. We didn’t have any problems with the unit but I got the sense they were very responsive and timely. Overall we had a wonderful week and would recommend this rental to family and friends.

We loved this family and dog friendly rental. Fully stocked kitchen, lovely welcome package, comfy beds. This was in walking distance to Maddox rd, centrally located. Only issue was that the air conditioners were very loud. Otherwise perfect!

The property is so cute & in a wonderful location. It was very well cleaned but unfortunately had a terrible cat pee smell coming from the screened in porch or laundry area. The smell permeated the entire downstairs most of the time. The other issue we experienced was the VRBO listing did not mention that sheets were not included in the rental. We didn’t become aware of this until getting the paperwork from the rental company who was willing to offer sheet service for an additional fee. For people who need to bring their own sheets it’s imperative to know this information so you know if you have the sheets you would need to bring.

The house was a great location and a 3 to 4 block walk from main street. It was very clean and easy to get to. I loved sitting outside on the deck. (Don't forget the bug spray). Had a great time and would do it again.
