(Hadn't seen that before). He spoke broken English and didn't like me asking questions. Room was nice though. Need to train employees how to treat paying customers.”

“All the comforts of home with none of the worries. My room was warm, quaint and cozy with pretty ambient lighting and a private view of the woods. Complimentary snacks, beverages and good coffee were readily available. I strongly suggest ordering a homemade breakfast there. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return.”

“The guest house is one of the most charming and accommodating places I have ever stayed in. The proprietor is a historian who is warm and personalizes the experience for each guest with humble grace. She has taken a late 1800's manor house and refurbished it to it's original elegance. Upon arrival, you get a tour of the house and if interested, a verbal tour of the history of the estate, the town, and the territory as it became a state. “I stay at this hotel often. This visit was the best yet. The pool was warm and clean, new furniture in the pool area looked nice too. Its great to have coffee and hot water available but I wished they offered free drinking water. I understand paying for bottled water if thats what you want but having drinking water available would be great even if its just during breakfast hours”
