We stayed at the Coach house for two nights. It's a in a good location with an excellent COOP (market) just a few doors down.
A nice albeit getting old property whose kitchen is well equipped and shower is excellent. The bed is comfortable and overall the property is clean and cozy (it's quite small). Be careful up and down the very narrow stairs to the bedroom. Not much room except...

“Lovely hotel and great freshly cooked breakfast , some of the decor is slightly tired and our room was in the sun and got quite hot , but windows open to cool it down a little , the gardens are very relaxing and there are plenty of places to sit and relax around the property ”

“Questo hotel e in una bellissima posizione sul mare ,ma le camere sono piccolissime ,mi sembrava abbastanza pulita, a parte una piccola macchia sul copriletto , mobilio stile antico, bagno con arredo nuovo e pulito .
Peccato che questo hotel abbia le camere così piccole ,per il resto sarebbe un hotel molto carino, per cui lo consiglio a chi come noi ci soggiorna per una notte”

“Was a lovely experience staying on an overnight. All staff were just amazing. Had dinner and breakfast the next morning. The bar was well used by locals. Great atmosphere. Our room was absolutely gorgeous.”

“We had clear instructions round on how to find the parking. Very accommodating with the dog, even asked if we would need letting out in the night to take the dog out! Food in the bar was amazing & the portion size was very generous & a great price!
Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home & the bed was huge! Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in & to grab food locally! ”

Our only interaction with staff personally, was at breakfast, which was delicious.
We had a great conversation with one of the staff who gave us some fantastic advice and information in preparation for our visit to Edinburgh later that day.
