“We had clear instructions round on how to find the parking. Very accommodating with the dog, even asked if we would need letting out in the night to take the dog out! Food in the bar was amazing & the portion size was very generous & a great price!
Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home & the bed was huge! Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in & to grab food locally! ”

“Lovely hotel and great freshly cooked breakfast , some of the decor is slightly tired and our room was in the sun and got quite hot , but windows open to cool it down a little , the gardens are very relaxing and there are plenty of places to sit and relax around the property ”

Our only interaction with staff personally, was at breakfast, which was delicious.
We had a great conversation with one of the staff who gave us some fantastic advice and information in preparation for our visit to Edinburgh later that day.

“Every where in the hotel was very clean and well presented, the dining room was spacious and comfortable, breakfasts were amazing. The bar was also good and although we didn't eat the food looked good. The hotel and bar are very dog friendly. Everyone was warm and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay. Food choice was good. Downside the amount of curry my wife had could of been more plentiful. My teriyaki fish needed more seasoning, I don't usually add salt or pepper to meals but in this case had to.
