“Bellissima struttura immersa in un grandissimo parco con campo da golf. Gli interni sono ricchi di fascino ed il personale fantastico. Gentilissila la ragazza al ristorante di nome Flavia. Stupendo il centro benessere ”

“Posizione perfetta. Stanza ampia e pulita. Mancavano indicazioni precise per la camera (ho capito quale era solo leggendo la fattura ed aprendo casualmente un cassetto che conteneva tutte le chiavi rimaste libere)”

“Lovely clean property, slept 5 people, very warm and cosy in a lovely quiet location on a working farm. Had everything we needed and more, owner was very helpful and generous. Great lication for waljs and visiting surrounding areas within short distances to travel.”

“Drab tired room. Shower broken, bathroom extractor not working, loo dangerously close to HOT radiator. Plants blocking bedroom window opening, virtually non existent tea/coffee facilities. Narrow twin beds with double size bed clothes?? Oh yes you can see the sea - the other side of the caravan holiday park. And whilst the food was fine, both the meal and especially the cost of the room were extortionate for poor standard provided. Best avoided.”

“The rooms are very clean, even though it is next to the A1 it is very quiet. The breakfast was nice and staff were helpful.”

“The place is an ancient inn in a wonderful spot of the countryside. Perfect for trips along Hadrian's wall or nice walks in the fields. No restaurants in the area except the inn's one, where it's possibile to eat until 8.30 pm. Excellent beer until late. The toilet area is really tiny, but the rooms are lovely.”

“This was a lovely place to stay which we chose partly because it has some EV charging facilities. The restaurant and bar have a good selection with well kept beer and the staff are helpful and friendly. We especially recommend the panna cotta, however, all the food was good. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and well appointed with tea, coffee and water. We would visit again ”

“This tiny Inn is definitely worth a visit! The new owners were very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and very clean. The history of the building meant that the bar is tiny, but very welcoming - we spent a great evening drinking and chatting with locals. No food available on the first night, but the owners were happy to recommend and book somewhere for us to eat. Their kitchen was open the second night and the quality was excellent. Steak was very well cooked and the homemade...

“Would be good to have spa facilities. Bathroom had a bad sewage smell - luckily I was able to move rooms. A bit disappointing as it seemed to be a known problem.”
