The two biggest downsides were there were no where to hang towels, swim suits, beach towels, etc. How are we supposed to house a room with 4 people and have not one towel rack or knobs on the walls. “We had a nice stay. Lot of places you can walk to & some placed to eat or drive too. Staff was very nice but could be hard to understand. A/C worked great. The room was clean. This was our first time using Expedia everything turned out good except on the payment. We were supposed to stay Thursday - Sunday for X amount paid in full. But we ended up arriving Wednesday - Sunday. The hotel left us stay in the same room with was awesome but stated we would only be charged 142.38 a day for Wed-Sun...

“We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....
